Pres Haus is an Australian-owned online store offering made-to-order apparel inspired by Filipino heritage. Every garment is produced after an order is placed, helping us reduce waste and avoid excess inventory.

2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been placed, production begins shortly after. While we'll always do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations, we cannot guarantee requests once production has commenced.

Pres Haus reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or product availability issues.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Every Pres Haus item is made specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, slight variations in print placement, garment colour, or sizing may occur. These variations are a normal part of the production process and are not considered defects.

5. Shipping

Production and shipping timeframes are estimates only and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

While we work closely with our fulfilment and shipping partners, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather events, or customs processing.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

As all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference for a different colour or design.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings, and actual products may differ slightly from website images.
